So, it's been a crappy holiday, but, whatever. Boys suck, I'm single again, my brother is the worst child ever, buuuuuut! pumpkin cheesecake is amazing, and there's nothing better than going to a scary movie with your person. So there.
In other news, nothing too terribly exciting going on, except that I'm having issues typing this evening, and this weather is making my skin dry. Also-I forgot how much I hate wearing nail polish, because it all chips off too easily.
Okay. Guess that's it for now. I'll try to update soon, if I remember.

what a weekend!
I had to watch Ethan's nieces last night, which was not nearly as difficult as expected. Sam, the oldest, stayed at a friends house for the night, so it was just August and I. Ethan left for work, and at quarter after 7, August fell asleep on the couch (bedtime was 8, anyhow.)
So, I got plenty of laundry done, and surfed the interweb for longer than I probably should, but then I did some actual reading.
Jen and Ron got home early, so I got to go downstairs and clean up a bit (the basement needed it!)
In other news, not only do I have a large, painful bruise on the top of my knee, I also now have a nice mark on my forehead, because early this morning, rather than walking around the side of the bed to lay down, I decided it was a good idea to just flop down from the foot of the bed, and basically worm my way to my pillows. Well, my jackass underestimated how close I was to the edge, and the lovely bedside table....Now I have a nice mark from my lack of attention. *shakes head*
Okay. Time to go.

What I'm listening to: "As Daylight Dies" Killswitch Engage

stupid people
You know what I absolutely hate?
People who don't stay on one side of the sidewalk, or the other.
Like, if I'm coming towards you, and I'm walking on one side, MOVE TO THE OTHER. And not at the last damn minute. Say, when you see me!
Because of some idiot like this, I now have a large, swollen, soon-to-be-bruise on my right knee, from running into the trailer hitch of a stupid van.
My knee hurts, my back hurts, and I'm almost ready for bed.
Stupid people.
*grumble grumble*
